          Couple Ways to Lose weight 



Everyone wants to lose weight for different reasons ; for example some people want it
 for looking good , some people for their healty.
What should be considered when we lose weight? and what  should be changed in our life ?


We sould follow these couple rules to lost weight :



    1. You should start your main meal with salad and yogurt 

After finish salad  and yogurt you can eat your other meals .In  traditional dinner , firstly we eat soup and then we eat main meal.Mostly time we put Salad and yogurt next to dinner but we almost never consume this type of things .But if we start to eat with salad and yogurt and then main meal , you will see that there is not much space to eat your all main meal (has big energy value ) .And you probably feel full earlier than before and ıt helps you to lose weight .

    2. You should end up eating the highest amount of carbohydrates 

Carbonhydrates is really important for our body for our energy. We can not imagine  life without carbonhydrates .Espacially our brain  needs carbonhydrates in critical level.Unfortunately  people consume carbonhydrates more than their need .we should  keep in sight that ıf we have patateo , rice , pasta in our dinner , we should consume them in the end of the our meal and in minumum level .

    3. Drink Water ! 


Most of scientific work says that if people drink water during meal and pre-meal , they can lose weight in long term.  Drinking during meal and pre-meal shrink free stomach's volume and suppress hunger and make people eat less .



  4.Do not sit the meal table when you have lot hunger

When people are hungry , the amount of eaten meal is rising .If you are starving you should consume little bit meal or drink that contain high  protein such as milk , yogurt , coffee with milk . And probably you will feel that you will be full earlier than before during eating .

Most important part to lose weight 

5. DO SPORT OR EXERCISE !


Doing sport not only important for our shape of our body , also for our healty it is really important.Doing sport and exercise has lot of advantage for people.

If you are doing exercise ;

  • You will feel good and you will  prevent have bad mood 
  • You will have self confident 
  • you will look good 
  • You will have good memory
  • It makes your brain free and you will be more productive on your work or study
  • It makes your body shape good and all people find you impressive.
  • When you are on diet , sport and exercise prevent losing muscles on your body
  • Life without stress 
  • Mental tranquility
